This Privacy Policy describes how Manuel Parcon ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the Gradebook mobile application (the "App"). Our commitment is to your privacy, and we have designed our app to be secure and transparent.

2. Data Handled by the App

Our App uses Apple's CloudKit and SwiftData frameworks to function. This allows you to securely store your data and sync it across all of your personal devices that are logged into the same iCloud account.

• User-Generated Content: The data you create and save within the App is stored locally on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, is synced to your private iCloud account.
• How Data is Used: This data is used solely for the core functionality of the App, which is to provide you with access to your information on any of your devices.
• Developer Access: We, the developers of the app, do not have access to the content you store. Your data is stored in a private database within your own iCloud account, which is inaccessible to us. We do not collect or store a copy of your data on any non-Apple servers.

Our App also stores some preferences and session data locally (e.g., your last selected term) to improve your experience. This information never leaves your device.

3. Data Collected by Apple

As a part of the app's core functionality and distribution through the App Store, Apple collects certain data.

• CloudKit Syncing: To enable the syncing of your data, Apple's servers handle the storage and transmission of your encrypted app data associated with your iCloud User ID. This process is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and security architecture.
• App Analytics: We use Apple's App Analytics to understand how our App is used and to improve its stability and performance. This service may collect aggregated and anonymized data, including usage statistics (e.g., app launches) and performance metrics (e.g., crash reports). This data is collected only from users who have opted-in to share this information with developers via their device settings. This information is not linked to your personal identity.

4. Children's Privacy
